As the face of the Company the Front Office Executive shall be the first point of contact for the visitors and employees. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Manage the reception of the Company, including the EPAX and phone systems2. Co ordinate meetings, interviews and appointments3. Manage office records and files4. Look after administration and upkeep of the office5. Manage the housekeeping and pantry staff6. Manage inventory and issuing of pantry, housekeeping and stationary for the shift7. Support HR team by Sourcing candidates for night shift, through Linked in and portals8. Provide data and reports as needed by HR team Education and experience: • Must be graduate from a recognized university.• 1 to 2 years of experience of working in the front office / reception of an organization• Candidates with exposure to HR and Secretarial practice will have an advantage• Excellent spoken and written English communication• Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office & Internet• Candidates working with International BPO can also apply Work timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
