Role Overview We need a Front Office Communication System Operator to manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor interactions seamlessly. You'll ensure smooth communication flow between clients, staff, and management. Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls promptly using the communication system - Greet visitors warmly and direct them to concerned departments - Manage email inbox, respond to queries, and forward messages - Coordinate with back-office teams for issue resolution - Maintain logs of calls, emails, and visitor records Requirements - 12th pass (Graduation preferred) - 1-2 years & Freshers also welcomed of experience in front office or customer service role - Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM) - Ability to multitask and work under pressure
