Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for attending all the incoming calls and transferring to the concerned

departments

Maintaining the spreadsheets for couriers inward & outward, and handover it to the

concerned departments.

Keeping and maintaining upto date record for all the stationary items and issuances

Assistance in coordination to the accounts and administration departments.

Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in

the stock

Greeting the visitors at the office and record their details.

Should have Experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc) and E-mail.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have minimum of 3 years of experience.

Ability to speak English, Hindi and Telugu
