Konnect Diagnostics is committed to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic services with a focus on patient care, precision, and professionalism. We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Executive to join our team and ensure smooth operations at our Whitefield branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and documentation.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Maintain proper records of reports, invoices, and patient data.
• Coordinate with lab and medical staff for smooth workflow.
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification as required.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Professional, polite, and presentable demeanor.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
