Job Summary: As a Front Office Executive at our college, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, prospective students, and stakeholders. This multifaceted position involves managing guest interactions, providing information, and ensuring a seamless experience at the college front desk. Your responsibilities will extend to guiding prospective students through our pathway programs and supporting the admissions process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Interaction: Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents courteously. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the college programs, services, and admission procedures. 2. Front Office Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain an organised and tidy front office area. 3. Customer Service: Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Collect and analyse feedback to continually improve the quality of guest interactions. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Admissions, Student Services, and Administration, to facilitate effective communication and cooperation. Requirements Requirements Higher Secondary School/Diploma, Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using office software and equipment. A positive and welcoming attitude.
