Job Description

Jabx is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors. The role also involves telecalling for admissions and inquiry follow-ups. Candidates with prior experience in institutes or academies will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with excellent communication skills.
Conduct tele-calling for admissions, student counseling, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and student interactions.
Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure a neat, organized, and professional front office environment.

Requirements:

Location: Candidates near Perinthalmanna preferred.
Age: Below 27 years.
Qualification: Graduate (preferred) or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years, preferably in institutes, academies, or educational organizations.
Strong communication and tele-calling skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
