Job Description

We are looking for a young, energetic and dynamic Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer-handling skills and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently. The role involves interacting with visitors, managing inquiries, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
• Handle front office operations including calls, inquiries, and visitor management
• Generate and manage leads; perform follow-up activities
• Send reminders, coordinate meetings, and maintain schedules
• Prepare and manage required documentation
• Handle internet search tasks, email correspondence, and office communication
• Maintain registers, logs, and records in an organized manner
• Support administrative and operational activities as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Malayalam (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of additional Indian languages is an added advantage
• Customer handling or front office experience preferred
• Must be dedicated, sincere, and hardworking
• Proficient in computer usage, internet, and email
• Energetic, presentable, and able to multitask
• Women candidates are preferred for this role
