Job Description

  • Visitor management: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails and general inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and book appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Administrative support: Perform various administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing the reception area, organizing files, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Office operations: Maintain office supplies, operate office equipment, and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
  • Other tasks: Depending on the organization, this may include basic accounting tasks like handling invoices and expenses, or assisting with travel arrangements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
