Job Description

As a Front Office Executive at a reputed IB School in Gurugram, Haryana, your role will involve: - Greeting and welcoming visitors: You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, providing them with information about the institute, and guiding them to the appropriate department or person. - Answering and directing phone calls: You will handle phone calls, direct them to the right department or individual, take messages, and provide information to callers. - Managing correspondence: Your tasks will include managing emails, faxes, and mail, ensuring they reach the correct recipient within the institute. - Maintaining records: You will maintain accurate records of visitors, phone calls, and correspondence to keep them up-to-date. - Providing administrative support: Supporting the institute with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. - Ensuring reception area cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area to uphold a presentable environment.
