Assist the marketing team with preparation of quotations and proposals.
Provide support in documentation for domestic and international tenders.
Prepare and update MIS reports, sales trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Maintain and organize databases for leads, clients, and tenders.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for follow-ups on quotations/tenders.
Support in preparation of presentations, marketing material, and client communications.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Data Cleaning, etc.).
Knowledge of domestic & international tendering process (E-procurement portals, documentation, compliance).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask between front office and marketing support functions.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Pleasing personality and professional etiquette.
Handle reception desk attend calls, greet visitors, and maintain visitor records.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier).
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain front office area and ensure smooth day-to-day administration.
Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in front office, admin, or marketing support roles.
Experience in handling quotations, tenders, and client correspondence preferred
