Role & responsibilities

Graphic Design & Marketing Support:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for print materials, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals aligned with marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of branding across all materials, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Regularly update and refine marketing materials to reflect the evolving brand identity.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files, drafts, revisions, and final versions.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, software, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain a

  • Coordinate with website developers and designers for content updates.
  • Participate in monthly meetings related to social media and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain shared drive with write-ups and relevant images.

Front Office Management:

  • Handle EPABX system and manage incoming calls professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors and guests, directing them to relevant personnel.
  • Offer hospitality to office guests and maintain a welcoming reception area.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the front desk, meeting rooms, and temple area.
  • Manage meeting and board room arrangements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of various office registers (OD, Stock, Leave slips, etc.)
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and gardener to maintain official plants weekly.
  • Submit monthly work hours calculations and check attendance registers.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the cafeteria.
  • Manage runners' task updates and ensure timely delivery of internal communication.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Place and receive orders for office stationery and maintain stock registers.
  • Generate ID cards for site employees.
  • Perform ERP entries including biometric data updates.
  • Handle third-party site security billing, including PF and ESI calculations as per agreements.
  • Maintain and restock pantry weekly ration.
  • Play soulful background music in the office to enhance the work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in front office management or admin roles is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and office software (MS Office, Excel).
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
