Job Title: Front Office Executive

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1-3 Years.

Package: Starts from 1.8L to 3L per annum(Looking for Male candidates only)

Position summary:

Managing Front Office, which includes Guest Management, Assistance to Directors, Inbound/Outbound calls, Housekeeping, Office Maintenance, Travel Arrangements, Courier Services, Stock Maintenance and Attendance Reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills of languages Hindi, Telugu and English are mandatory.

2) Good Knowledge of MS Office.

3) Maintaining EPABX and attending the phone calls for internal and external.

4) Should hold and manifest a sharp image of the company to the guests and outsiders.

5) Multi-tasking ability.

6) Fast learner and should have a great presence of mind.

7) Immediate joinee is preferred.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

1) Front desk and visitor management.

2) Receiving and relaying telephone messages. Greeting & directing visitors as appropriate.

3) Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post.

4) Maintaining inward/outward registers.

5) Ensure proper inventory of all consumables and staff requirements i.e. Pantry, Cafe, etc.

6) Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence.

7) Performing other administrative work like supervision on Housekeeping, Security and other administration purchases viz. office stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets etc.

8) To assist the HR department in verifying the attendance and leave records of the employees.

9) Check bills pertaining to front desk for accuracy and ensure timely payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
