Front Office Executive cum Admin

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk,

attending to guests, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Front Desk Executive will play a crucial role in

creating a positive first impression for our visitors and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

● Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.

● Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

● Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

● Coordinate and assist with visitor sign-in and security procedures.

● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

● Provide clear and concise information to guests and staff.

● Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

● Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar role.

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

● Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (MS Office, email, etc.).

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Professional and presentable.

● Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
