Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and organized Executive to support day-to-day office and administrative tasks at our institute. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth functioning of operations and provide assistance to staff, faculty, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities: Maintain student records and update admission data. Manage front-desk duties including answering phone calls and emails. Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating with faculty. Handle basic accounting entries and fee collection support. Organise and maintain office supplies and institute documents. Support in planning and execution of exams, events, and meetings. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the institute premises.
