Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, or patients
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly and professionally
- Manage appointments, schedules, and bookings
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
