They must adhere to customer care guidelines and assure quality care. · To greet visitors and patients, determine their needs and guide them accordingly. · To answer queries and to provide information directly to the person or on the telephone. · To make future reservations for patients · Guiding relatives of patients to their rooms during visiting hours · To maintain and prepare files, records and reports. · Feeding data into the computer · Explain hospital regulations to patients, concerning visitors and visiting hours · To sort mails and deliver messages · Provide all relevant information to customers regarding Hospital facilities. · Schedule appointments for patients on phone. · Pre - Register the patients prior to their visit telephonically. · Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience of Hospital stay/ visit. · Attend and resolve patient’s questions and complaints, if any. · Act as a bridge between external customers and various Hospital Departments. · Act as a bridge between various internal departments of the Hospital. · Keeps a track of all the patients calling from various sources for analytical purpose · To maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information, responding to requests.
