Location: Cindrebay School of Design, Calicut ( West Hill Chungam, Beach Rd, West Hill, Kozhikode)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Days: Sunday working
Weekly Off: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our leading design school at Westhill Chungam. The ideal candidate should have experience in front office management, excellent communication skills, and a basic knowledge of computers. This role involves handling front office responsibilities along with data entry tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates from nearby locations will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations and visitor handling.
• Assist in maintaining student/office records and perform data entry work.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the front desk.
• Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day requirements.
• Ensure professional and welcoming communication at all times.

Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office assistance/administration.
• Basic computer knowledge; proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mostly preferring female candidates.
• Freshers can also apply.
