Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and inventory for the front desk
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for guest access and visitor log maintenance
