Front office executive at Sassoon Road Pune

· Patient/Customer Interaction:

· Greeting, register, and assist patients/customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Answer incoming calls and address customer queries effectively.

· Schedule and confirm appointments promptly.

Customer Relations and Support:

· Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries related to clinic services, registration, pricing, and packages.

· Offer travel guidance and directions to customers visiting the clinic.

· Handle customer complaints in line with company policies, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.

Front Desk Administration:

· Perform front desk duties, including administrative tasks, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

· Take ownership of patient management, clinic management, and revenue/collections.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Customer Engagement:

· Enhance the clinic’s reputation by encouraging and managing Google Reviews from customers.

Hygiene and Grooming:

· Maintain self-hygiene and ensure a clean, professional front office environment daily.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

· Display a proactive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.

· Be willing to go the extra mile to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction.
