Job Title: Front Office cum Telecaller
Location: Ayurmegha Restoration Center, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Front Office cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations, handle inbound and outbound calls, and engage with leads via WhatsApp and email. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and patients professionally.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.

Telecalling & Lead Management:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, and patient engagement.
  • Provide detailed information about Ayurmegha’s services, offers, and treatments.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively explaining benefits.

WhatsApp & Email Communication:

  • Send promotional messages, appointment reminders, and follow-ups via WhatsApp and email.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries on digital platforms.
  • Maintain a structured database of leads and ensure regular engagement.

Administrative & Marketing Support:

  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate reports of customer interactions and appointments.
  • Support marketing activities, event coordination, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any graduate.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in front office, telecalling, or customer service (Healthcare/Ayurveda experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Email handling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage patient inquiries efficiently.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
