The Front Office cum Tele caller will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client interactions, answering calls, and supporting the sales/marketing team through effective communication and coordination.
Greet and assist visitors and clients courteously.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and manage front office documents.
Provide information about company services and address inquiries.
Follow up with clients/customers as directed by the sales or admin team.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
Support administrative and tele calling functions as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
