Front Office cum Telecaller

We are looking for a Front Office Cum Tele-caller to join our team! Our company specializes in AI, Robotics, IoT, and Drone Technology, and we aim to encourage students to explore the world of innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with potential students and parents to explain course offerings and encourage enrolments.
• Contact schools and educational institutions to introduce our programs.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain a record of calls and responses.
• Share course details via email and WhatsApp as required.
• Convince and guide parents about the benefits of AI & Robotics education for their children.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Nepali
• Ability to persuade and engage potential customers over calls.
• Basic computer skills (email handling, maintaining call logs, etc.).
