Front Office Executive

Alpha International School Sembakkam

Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls and route queries appropriately
Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, and admission process
Maintain visitor logs, enquiry registers, and admission tracking sheets
Coordinate with the admission team and school leadership on leads and follow-ups
Support in organizing school tours and parent orientations
Maintain a presentable and welcoming front desk environment

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with
excellent communication skills
in English and Tamil
Minimum
13 years of experience
in front office or school admissions preferred
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficient in
MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
Should be proactive, courteous, and confident in handling parents and visitors
