Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide reception/front office staff.
• Monitor patient inflow, waiting time, and ensure timely registration.
• Manage appointment scheduling, token system, and coordination with doctors/optometrists.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations politely and effectively.
• Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure accurate billing/checklists.
• Track daily OPD targets and support growth initiatives.
• Ensure front desk hygiene, grooming, and brand-standard service.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in front office or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Professional, patient-focused attitude with hospitality mindset.
