Front Office & Client Engagement Specialist

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Front Office & Client Engagement Specialist to be the face of our organization and a key part of our client interaction process. This hybrid role combines front-desk duties with inside sales support and customer engagement responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is personable, tech-savvy, and proactive. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Operations: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route queries to the appropriate departments Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage visitor logs Ensure smooth day-to-day reception and office support functions Client Engagement & Sales Support: Assist in responding to client inquiries (email/phone/online) Support lead generation and CRM data entry/maintenance Follow up with prospects via email or phone under the guidance of the sales team Assist in proposal/documentation preparation and initial presentations Support onboarding communication for new clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client updates and follow-ups Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or sales support roles Excellent communication skills — verbal and written Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email etiquette A friendly and confident personality with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
