The hotel features Sudama, a renowned pure vegetarian restaurant, and The Flute, a fine-dining multi-cuisine restaurant with a well-stocked bar. The centrally air-conditioned accommodation is designed with luxury and warmth, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate/Executive located in Mumbai. The Front Office Associate/Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling customer service inquiries, managing check-in and check-out processes, and answering phone calls with proper etiquette. The role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing Check-in processes
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent interpersonal and friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hotel management or related field are a plus
