Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Trivandrum. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties including greeting guests and managing check-in processes, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires clear and professional communication with guests and internal staff to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Check-in skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus
