Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Visakhapatnam for a Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate will handle daily receptionist duties, greet guests with professionalism, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide prompt customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing phone queries, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Proven proficiency in Customer Service and Check-in procedures
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create a welcoming environment and maintain professionalism
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or front office roles is preferred
Flexibility to work on-site and manage shifts
Basic computer skills are a plus
