Front Office Associate

• Guest Check-in and Check-out:Verifying reservations, processing payments, issuing room keys, and ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival and departure process.
• Reservation Management:Managing room bookings, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining accurate records.
• Guest Services:Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Handling guest requests and complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communication:Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and relaying messages to relevant staff.
• Administrative Tasks:Maintaining guest records, managing room inventory, and preparing reports.
• Collaboration:Coordinating with other hotel departments like housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge to ensure smooth operations and guest needs are met.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with guests and other staff.
• Customer Service Skills: A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues effectively.
