Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Garudeshwar. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing phone etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling check-in and check-out procedures, assisting guests with their inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Exceptional Customer Service and Check-in experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality software systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
