Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and professionally.
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Verify guest payments and ensure all registration formalities are completed.
• Assign rooms and brief guests on hotel services and special offers.
• Register guests and update the rooming chart.
• Assist in arranging transport and other concierge services.
• Provide accurate information about the property and local attractions.
• Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities where suitable.
• Maintain consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Support the efficient operation of the Reception as part of the Rooms Division.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 3-star or 4-star hotel / Resort.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling C-Form registration for foreign guests is essential.
• Freshers with the right educational background are welcome to apply.
