Job Description:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Provide special attention and personalized service to VIP guests.
• Prepare welcome folders with relevant information, maps, menus, and amenity details.
• Offer detailed knowledge about the resort’s amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Foster positive rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs.
• Assist with confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, and other concierge services.
• Address guest complaints with empathy and escalate to line managers or RM when necessary.
• Conduct inspections of arrival rooms to ensure readiness before guest check-in.
• Ensure a warm meet-and-greet for all guests upon arrival.
• Coordinate with all departments regarding guest arrivals and special requests.
• Communicate VIP guest arrivals to relevant departments for seamless service.
• Assist in maintaining the welcome drink setup.
• Log all guest interactions in the CRM system or guest logbook.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a branded hotel or resort.
• Strong communication skills, professional grooming, and a guest-first attitude.
