Front Office Associate

We are hiring a Front Office Associate for our luxury resort in Wayanad. Ideal candidate should be pleasing, should have strong communication and customer service skills, self motivated, ability to multitask.

Job Summary:

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assign the room, and activate/issue room key.
• Secure payment before issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
• Complete cashier and closing reports.
• Supply guests with directions and property information.
• Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a hotel or resort preferred
• Should be pleasing with strong communication and customer service skills, self motivated and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English & Malayalam required and knowledge of Kannada is also a plus.
