Front Office Assistant (Receptionist)

As a Receptionist at our workplace in Pollachi, you will be responsible for handling calls, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. You will also be tasked with managing reservation inquiries, maintaining relationships with travel agents and customers, and ensuring accurate information in the reservation system. Your role will involve liaising with hotel teams to meet guest requirements, providing professional service on all guest communication channels, and actively promoting hotel facilities and promotions with an up-selling approach. Previous experience in hotel/group reservations and a sound knowledge of reservation systems will be advantageous.
