Job Description

Preferred Immediate Joining work place Pollachi Experience in maintaining AC / Electrical / Plumbing (minimum 03 years experience Hotels & Resorts/ any field) Installing new AC units, including connecting refrigerant lines, wiring, and ductwork. Performing regular maintenance, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating parts Diagnosing and repairing AC systems to identify and fix malfunctions, replacing faulty components like compressors, motors, and thermostats Investigating and resolving issues with AC systems, including diagnosing leaks and other problems Performing periodic inspections to ensure system functionality and safety, and conducting preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of the system Maintaining detailed records of all work performed and equipment used Communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer concerns Ordering necessary supplies and equipment for HVAC maintenance or installation. Responding to emergency situations and resolving issues on an immediate basis Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Regular Room check, AC, heater ,PPM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: AC Technician: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/06/2025
