About Us:
We are a well-reputed hotel known for our exceptional guest services and comfortable accommodations. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team.Job description:As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and departure.- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.- Managing phone calls and emails.- Maintaining accurate guest records and room availability.- Assisting with administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a front office role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in using hotel management software is desirable.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.- Minimum educational qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month
