As a Front Office Assistant, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Your role will involve: - Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival - Efficiently managing check-in and check-out procedures - Handling guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with care - Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Upholding hotel policies to maintain a welcoming lobby environment To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Any degree / Higher Secondary school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred In addition to the job description, the company offers benefits such as food provided, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
