Hotel Seagate is a reputed hospitality destination in Edappally, known for warm service, comfort, and an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly. Handle room reservations, allocations, and cancellations. Address guest queries and provide timely assistance. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain accurate guest records and process payments. Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times. Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience in hospitality front office operations. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages a plus). Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel booking software. Well-groomed, polite, and detail-oriented. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience). Staff meals provided. Supportive work environment.
