* Guest Service & Satisfaction Ensure seamless check-In & check-out, Handle guest complaints.
* Team Management - Supervise, Guide & support F.O Team, Staff Scheduling, duty roaster & shift planning
* Operations & Administration – Check up on daily Front desk operations, Maintain reservations, Room Allocation & Occupancy
* Coordinate with other department – Coordinate with H.K for room status update, F&B, Sales, Finance department as required.
* Revenue & Upselling – Upgrading Room sell to maximize revenue,
* Monitoring room rates and availability.
* Reporting & Documentation – Maintain records, submit shift handover and daily reports to the Hotel Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
