Job Description

We are hiring a Front Office & Admin Executive with 5 to 8 years of experience. The role includes managing the front desk, handling office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and attend phone calls at the front desk.
  • Manage daily office administration and documentation.
  • Handle office supplies, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Support HR and management with admin-related work.

Requirements

  • Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in front office/admin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Responsible, Organised and Professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
