Front of House Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, contractors, architects, and dealers at the factory/showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marble and stone products.
• Present product features, quality specifications, and available finishes to customers.
• Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and sales invoices as required.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of SDP Stones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, marble, tiles, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
• Basic knowledge of billing, quotations, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
