You will be responsible for managing a high-end property in picturesque Shantiniketan, including overseeing a small retail outlet within the property. Your primary duties will involve handling reservation enquiries, processing bookings, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests, establishing guest relations, and addressing any needs during their stay. Additionally, you will be in charge of the daily operations and sales of the small store, including receiving customers, assisting with product enquiries, billing responsibilities, and inventory management. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar or related position, fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi, strong communication skills, and preferably some retail experience. An understanding of food and beverage operations would be beneficial, along with the ability to drive sales, problem-solving skills, team management capabilities, basic cashiering abilities, and an interest in agriculture and agricultural products.
