We are looking for a highly experienced Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to lead the design, development, and optimization of modern, high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end architecture skills, hands-on experience with performance tuning, and a passion for delivering scalable and maintainable UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

\u25CFDesign and develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

\u25CFDrive component-based architecture using reusable UI patterns and libraries.

\u25CFCollaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

\u25CFOptimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO (for SSR/SSG in Next.js).

\u25CFImplement state management using Redux, Recoil, or Context API.

\u25CFWork on API integration, authentication flows, and role-based access control.

\u25CFEnsure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to front-end coding standards.

\u25CFPerform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.

\u25CFCollaborate with DevOps and QA teams for CI/CD automation and release readiness.

\u25CFStay updated with the latest front-end frameworks, tools, and trends.

Technical Skills

\u25CFCore: React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

\u25CFStyling: Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, CSS Modules, SCSS

\u25CFState Management: Redux, Recoil, Context API, Zustand

\u25CFBuild Tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel

\u25CFTesting: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright

\u25CFAPI Integration: REST, GraphQL, Axios, React Query

\u25CFVersion Control & CI/CD: GitHub / GitLab, Jenkins, Vercel, or AWS Amplify

\u25CFOther Tools: Storybook, Figma, ESLint, Prettier

Qualifications

\u25CFBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

\u25CF8+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3+ years in React.js and Next.js.

\u25CFProven experience delivering large-scale, high-traffic web applications.

\u25CFStrong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.

\u25CFExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

\u25CFExperience with micro-frontend architecture.

\u25CFKnowledge of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP).

\u25CFExposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

\u25CFExperience in Agile/Scrum environments.
