Front-end Engineer

As a member of the customer support team at Increasingly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting in troubleshooting, and following standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. You will be expected to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, ensure the proper recording and closure of all issues, and document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles. Adherence to SLAs for issues with respect to severity will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer-focused role that involves technical knowledge of a company's products and services. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, and JSON is essential. In-depth knowledge of the product you will support is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and excellent client-facing abilities. Your written and verbal communication skills should be top-notch, and you should feel comfortable working with company help desk software like Zendesk or other case management tools.
