Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer (React / Java)

Position Summary:
Were looking for a highly skilled Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of experience to build intuitive, scalable, and performant user interfaces. The ideal candidate is a frontend expert with strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, Redux, HTML/CSS, and responsive design principles, along with working knowledge of Java and backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain rich and interactive web applications using ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement responsive and accessible UI components adhering to design system standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring visual concepts to life with precision.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Styling & Design Systems

• Enhance and maintain scalable CSS architecture.
• Contribute to evolving the design system, incorporating latest CSS features and frameworks while maintaining consistency.

Backend Awareness

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Possess working knowledge of Java and RESTful API development to effectively collaborate with backend engineers and troubleshoot issues.
• Understand the basics of relational and/or NoSQL databases for effective data handling.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Ensure high test coverage and actively participate in bug tracking and resolution.

Cloud & DevOps (Optional but Valuable)

• Familiarity with AWS services like S3, Lambda, EC2.
• Understand CI/CD workflows and contribute to smooth deployment processes.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture discussions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on frontend trends and suggest improvements to tools, frameworks, and workflows.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
