About the Role:

Frontend Developer (Manager)

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and efficient UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using
React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement robust front-end solutions.
Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Drive technical discussions, architecture design, and innovation in frontend development.
Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
510 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
Strong proficiency in
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
.
Hands-on experience with
React.js
(preferred),
Angular
, or
Vue.js
.
Experience with
Redux / Context API
, REST APIs, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
Solid understanding of
cross-browser compatibility
,
performance optimization
, and
responsive design
.
Familiarity with
version control (Git)
,
CI/CD pipelines
, and
Agile methodologies
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
