Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location: Nepensea Road, Powai, Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Achieve the monthly centre target
• Book guest appointments
• Provide personalized attention to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Collect and record guest feedback, working with management to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in guest relations, front desk, or a similar role in Ayurveda or Wellness and Spa industry
• Proficiency in using software and MS office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
