Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to support company operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Assist with hotel bookings and ensure all travel-related logistics are organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office
• management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Friendly and professional attitude with a customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
