Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner
• Manage meeting room bookings and assist in office administration tasks
• Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients

Qualifications:

• High School diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service attitude

Experience:

• 2 to 7 years of relevant front desk or administrative experience preferred
• Experience in a corporate or customer-facing role is a plus
