Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management
• Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects the brand’s premium image.
• Customer Service
• Address client queries in person, on phone, and via email with courtesy and accuracy.
• Share information about treatments, services, and products as guided by the team.
• Assist in managing client feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.
• Administrative Support
• Maintain records of appointments and client interactions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing at the front desk.
• Support daily operational tasks including data entry, filing, and stock coordination.
• Brand Representation
• Uphold and reflect the values of the brand in every interaction.
• Ensure client confidentiality and trust at all times.
• Promote a professional and positive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Undergraduate with prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service role (preferably in retail, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare).
• Strong communication skills (English & local language).
• Polished, professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
